Somebody once said, "Home is heaven for beginners"...  The process of leaving an old home and finding a new one is fraught with more stresses and anxieties than almost any other, and in my experience, the person you find to help you with it can make or break you.  So it gives me great pleasure to recommend Wendy Randle, who is just superb at the whole thing.  Over the months of getting my old place on the market and finding a new one in the right area that met all my wants and needs, Wendy was helpful, informed, well organized, thoughtful and always supportive.  Her knowledge is impressive and she was quick to spot potential problems, but more than that, she has integrity, and her advice is informed by what's right, as well as what's possible.

Besides all of the usual platitudes such as being conscientious, trustworthy, dependable, honest and accomodating; we found Wendy's major strengths to be that she is a good listener, and will not push you into something that you don't want. If you are selling she will make sure your house is priced realistically relative to similar properties for sale in your area but she will not pressure you to lower your price beyond that point just to make a sale. On the buying side she also will not pressure you to overlook some things just to make a sale. If after spending her time with you which she makes readily available, you want to back away from selling or buying she will respect that decision again without any pressure.

Wendy helped my husband and I find a neighbourhood and townhouse when we were relocating cross country to a location we had never been to.
